Kerri Smith is The Right Agent @realty.

Kerri's was introduced to real estate when she was headhunted back in 2005 by a Principal of a local agency who thought that her personality and drive (she'd bought & sold numerous homes) would make for a great agent. At that time Kerri was running a business but, when the opportunity was put forward to her, Kerri jumped at the chance as she knew that real estate could well be her future. 

After a short time working as a sales agent, Kerri decided to purchase an established Franchise agency in Albany Creek. She stayed with the Franchise for 5 years but realised that she could better serve her clients in the way they deserved to be as an Independent Agent. As "The Right Agent" she cobranded with @realty in 2025. This allows her to continue as an Independent agent, but have the backing and support of a professional team. 

Communication and professionalism are high priorities for Kerri and her customers often compliment her on this. As she always says, even if there's not too much to say, to receive regular updates is much better for both sellers and buyers than sitting waiting on the phone to ring, wondering what's going on.
